I teach an energetic flowing practice connecting movement and breath, with a focus on alignment. The class can be moderate to vigorous depending on your level. All movement of the body comes from the core so I work on strengthening the muscles of the core so that the limbs can move more freely with grace and precision. I teach all levels from basic beginners to advanced practitioners. I like to focus on correct alignment, which helps prevent injuries. In a group setting I give individual attention to students.
